Due to limited capacity, we request that cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the start of a scheduled class. This gives us an opportunity to fill the class.

For course cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of the first class, we offer either class credits applicable to any future classes, or a refund. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, we will only offer class credits applicable to future classes and no refunds.

We do not allow cancellation of a single class out of an entire course. If you decide to cancel your participation in a course after attending one or several classes, you will receive class credits for the remaining classes.

For events cancelled by us or reschedule it in such a way that you can no longer participate, you can choose between class credits or full refund.

Course credits directly purchased from us can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Course credits obtained as part of promotional campaigns or as a result of class cancellations are not eligible for refund.

Please note that many of our webinars are recorded and the recordings may be made available to other students. By joining our webinar sessions, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to being recorded, discuss your concerns with the host or do not join the session.

We do not sell any physical goods that require shipping.
